The place seemed dark and not really neat. We we're so hungry and tried to order some food. They don't serve meal after 4 pm. Only tea, coffee and desserts. We had to leave.

A great place to chill with drinks and desserts while waiting for sunset after visiting the Ocean Expo Park. Cahaya Bulan means moonshine in Bahasa Indonesia and we can see how the design of the place is influenced by Indonesia. The place itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and Ie island. The only drawbacks are the price of the menu is quite steep, service is rather slow and the waitresses look uninterested (per the high Japanese standard) when taking our order.

Great location, good atmosphere, you can feel Okinawa with all of your senses and body.Especially the sunset from this cafe will move your heart.If you drive to go to churaumi aquarium, it’ll be good place to have rest.

Good place to relax and have a good cup of coffee. The coffee with coconut milk is really nice. Good view from the terrace as well.

Home made cheese cake and red bean ice is delicious !Great view.It's a good choice to have some drinks or dessert here.

Lovely Cafe with chill lounge music at times. The view is amazing with 4 tables with Alfresco dinning and the indoor seatings all overlooking the ocean. There's a lovely lounge area too. The food are tasty with decent portion.

Very touristy place with a good view. Expensive and the quality is bad. Cheesecake was too dry and the spice chai didn't have any spice or chai, it was just hot milk with a fragrance of chai. Chai was ¥650, coffee ¥500 and cheesecake about ¥680... More expensive than Tokyo and way worse quality. Don't recommend this place for the food but it's good to just have a coffee and enjoy the view.

Ordered iced brown sugar ginger milk tea, pork rice bowl, and Kintoki red bean.Wonderful sea sight in the front.

Cash only. Just ramen and pork rice with the rest of the menu for drinks and desserts. There is parking at end of the road next to this cafe.

Great food and drinks with seaside view

Excellent sea view. Food is good. The chicken congee is surprising good.

Pretty expensive but the view and ambience are good! They have different types of tea to choose from. You don't see that often in Okinawa. When I want to have a nice cup of tea, I come here.
